Doc-Pad by NeoGraft Technologies
Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of Doc-Pad by NeoGraft Technologies / NeoGraft Hair Clinic. By using the app, you agree to use it only as authorised by your clinic and in accordance with applicable law and professional obligations.
Authorised clinic use
Doc-Pad is for authorised adult clinic teams, including administrators, doctors, pharmacy teams and laboratory teams. Clinic administrators are responsible for authorising users, assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer needed.
Accounts and devices
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information they enter, protecting their usernames, passwords and devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access. Do not share credentials or use another person's account.
Backups and third parties
Local storage is the default. Optional Google Drive backup and restore, email, WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business sharing are controlled by users or the clinic. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Users are responsible for confirming that a backup or sharing action is appropriate before using it.
Acceptable use
You must not use Doc-Pad to access records without authorisation, misuse personal or health information, interfere with the app, upload unlawful or harmful material, bypass access controls, or use the app for an emergency response.
Intellectual property
Doc-Pad, its software, branding and related materials belong to NeoGraft Technologies or its licensors. We grant authorised users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for the clinic's legitimate workflow purposes.
Changes and availability
We may change these Terms or update, suspend or discontinue parts of Doc-Pad. We will publish the current Terms on this page. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free, and clinics should maintain appropriate operational procedures.
